Retainer is required to book your session. Balance due in cash or credit . All credit card payments are subject to fee
You will be able to pick your favorites from password protected online gallery.Gallery will be available for 7 days only! Current editing time is 2-3 weeks(buisness days) Please have in mind that you will only get number of edited files that is included in your session ..Additional images may be purchased .I'm not responisble for lost files .Please make sure you keep your downloaded images on USB
All family sessions include immediate family (parents ,brother,sister only). If you wish to include cousin photos, you must book 2 separate sessions .
Cancellation and rescheduling Policy: Your session retainer is not refundable. Photographer is foregoing other sessions for your session. No-shows or last minute cancellations will not be accepted .If you have emergency or child gets sick we can work something out as long as you will let me ahead of time .
Appointment time: You MUST be on time (preferably 5 minutes early, but not more). Arrival after your scheduled time will result in less shooting time and ultimately in less photos. Mini-sessions are scheduled back to back so there is no room for lateness. There are absolutely no re-shoots for lateness. Please GPS the location beforehand and plan accordingly for traffic, etc.
Cooperation policy: While the photographer makes all endeavors to capture requested poses relative to the child's age category in the allotted session time, the photographer cannot guarantee results if the subject is not willing or able to cooperate. Keep in mind that mini sessions are only 20-30minute sessions so every minute counts. If your child takes awhile to warm up to new people and hides for the first 20 minutes, this might not be the type of session for you. There are no re-shoots for lack of cooperation.
Refund policy: Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final and there will be no refunds for any reason.
